I’ve had The best experience with Estrid’s razor blades. I haven’t cut my self once, which makes me feel really safe. They have really good quality, reply super quick and they have the best customer service. I accidentally ordered a package twice, which didn’t seem to be a problem for Estrid. So they refunded my money, and told me I didn’t have to worry about sending back one of my orders. So, I really do recommend ordering from Estrid. Not only because of the good customer service, but also for the good quality.

High quality, looks nice in the shower and very good costume service. Also love that you can make a subscription and get the razors in the mail!

Love fromthe first use!

The best razor I've ever had! And the best customer service. And I absolutely love policy of the company :D Beside it's so convenient to have subscription and to be able to modify it. Absolutely love it!

Estrid Razor Subscription

After seeing quite a few reviews online, I decided to give the Estrid razor subscription a go and I was not disappointed! You can customise the colours you'd like for the razor handle and the holder which I really liked. It's a brilliant service where you fill out a form online to list how many times a week you shave to determine how often you will receive a refill of shaver heads. The razor itself is really nice and soothing as it has a moisturising bar on it which leaves your skin nice and soft. The delivery was also very good and it didn't take too long. I would highly recommend this product and service.

Loveliest customer support!!

I received an Estrid Razor as a gift from my sister. It was love at first sight but unfortunately I was clumsy and let it fall on the floor where it got damaged. I contacted customer support and to be honest, it was one of the nicest conversations I had! Batool, who took care of my issue was super helpful and extremely nice! Highly highly recommend!! ????

Perfect match

I love the Estrid shaver and the concept! Moreover the customer support is fast and lovely. My shaver was damaged because it fell off the wall/handle. I asked how to get a new one and they apologized and did a replacement order including a new handle, cause this shouldnt happen. Thats super king, so thanks a lot and keep up the good work! <3

Literally obsessed????????

Literally completely obsessed with my Estrid razor!!???????? I would never use another razor now I’ve tried this!!????????
It doesn’t give any discomfort like I’ve felt with other razors as it’s so smooth, it looks gorgeous on your side and the packaging is 10/10.. PLUS the customer customer service and customer experience is amazing!!????
Couldn’t recommend Estrid enough!????????

New subscription in November 2020…

I took a subscription in November 2020 and soon received my first delivery. The quality of the razor is excellent and very easy to handle and use. I have now received my first delivery of replacement blades. The subscription system is very flexible. My experience of Estrid has been great and I’ve had a lovely friendly exchange with Customer Services.

I emailed the company to explain how I had cancelled my subscription and yet still been charged, they emailed me back saying they have refunded me and cancelled my subscription, and sent some refills as a gift. Very lovely lady on the email and great customer service!
